摘 要:用离子浓度分别为0、5、10、20、50 mg.L-1的Pb2+、Cd2+处理液及离子浓度为0、5+5、10+10、20+20、50+50 mg.L-1的Pb2+、Cd2+复合处理液分别处理经过珍珠岩栽培后又在1/2 Hoagland培养液进行培养的小麦幼苗,10 d后对其叶片的保护酶SOD、POD和CAT的活性进行测定.结果表明:在Pb2+、Cd2+单一及复合污染下,根系活力不断降低,细胞膜透性(CMP)不断升高,对SOD、POD及CAT活性均表现为先升后降的趋势.The wheat seeds planted with pearl rock and cultivated by 1/2 Hoagland cultivation solution were treated with Pb^2 + , Cd^2 + solution of 0, 5,10,20, 50 mg/L and their combined pollution solution of 0,5 + 5,10 + 10,20 + 20,50 + 50 mg· L^- 1. The effects of cadmium ( Cd), lead (Pb) and their combined pollution on physiological and bio-chemical characteristic of wheat were studied. The results showed that under the condition of Pb^2+ ,Cd^2+ and their combined pollution , the roots vigors declined and Cellular Membrane Penetration (CMP) raised drastically. The activity of SOD,POD and CAT were increased first but then decreased .
