摘　　要：提出了基于统一建模语言(UML)和多色集合(PS)的工作流组织资源模型及其形式化配置方法,建立了包含部门和工作组的工作流组织资源UML类图模型.结合制造企业的工作流过程,对通用的组织资源UML类图模型进行了实例化,建立了工作流组织资源的UML对象图模型.基于PS理论,对工作流组织资源的类图模型和对象图模型进行了形式化描述,建立了工作流组织资源的PS层次结构模型.通过对PS围道矩阵的递阶推理,完成了工作流过程活动的形式化资源配置,并将其表示为多色集合中体的形式,从而实现了制造企业工作流组织资源模型与工作流过程模型的良好连接.Based on the unified modeling language （UML） and the polychromatic sets （PS） theory, a workflow organizational resource model and a formal allocation approach are presented. A UML class diagram model of workflow organizational resource is established, which includes departments and workgroups. Together with a manufacturing enterprise workflow process, the organizational resource model is instantiated and the UML object diagram model of workflow organizational resource is constructed. Following PS theory, the UML class diagram model and the object diagram model of workflow organizational resource are formalized and the PS hierarchical structure models are proposed. By reasoning the PS contour matrix, the organizational resources are allocated formally to the activities of the enterprise workflow process, the organizational resources of the workflow activities are described in the form of PS entities, and the workflow organizational resource model and the workflow process model are connected appropriately.
