摘　　要：介绍了产品设计过程和概念设计的方法,分析传统功能方法的原理、组成与不足,提出了基于知识库的改进型功能方法树,促成产品概念设计模型的建立,得到多种有效的产品设计方案;最后,通过自动化糖果包装机设计为例验证了方法的可行性。Product design process and the method of conceptual design are introduced. The principle ,construction and weakness of Traditional Function-means Tree are analyzed, hnproved Functionmeans Tree based on repository is proposed to establish the model of product conceptual design. Effective product design solutions are gained. Finally,a case study of automatic sweet packaged machine is presented to validate the feasibility of the proposed model.
