血清蛋白质巯基水平在大鼠呼吸窘迫综合征发病时的变化

摘  要:为进一步探索成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的发病机理,本文以高浓度氧诱导大鼠肺损伤作为ARDS模型,观察动物氧暴露过程中血清蛋白巯基(P-SH)水平的变化。结果发现,动物氧暴露30h,肺组织出现典型的ARDS病理改变,同时发现血清P-SH水平显著下降(P<0.05)。提示,氧暴露大鼠ARDS的发生可能与体内P-SH的大量破坏有关。he present experiment was designed to further investigate the mechanism of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS).Oxygen exposure of rats was performed to induce lung injury as a model of ARDS,during which,changes of serum protein-bound sulfhydryl (P-SH) level were observed.Results showed that the typical pulmonary pathologic changes of ARDS with decreased serum P-SH level were found in the rats exposed to oxygen for 30h.The result suggests that the development of ARDS in rats exposed to oxygen may relate to the impairment of P-SH.
