摘　　要：现在汽车的动力转向系统大部分采用液压助力的方式。整个系统包括转向机、转向泵、油管、油罐、转向盘等组成。转向泵是整个系统的动力源,它通过液压油作为介质,将液压能转换为机械能,从而减轻驾驶员操舵的强度,同时提高车辆的可操纵性。典型的结构存在很多问题,这里所开发的新产品是一种新型结构的汽车动力转向油泵。Now vehicle power steering system hydraulic booster used most of the way. The entire system including steering machine, steering pump, tubing, oil tank, Steering Wheel, and other components. To pump is the power source for the whole system,it adopted as a medium of hydraulic oil,will be converted to hydraulic mechanical energy,thereby reducing the intensity of the pilot steering,and improve vehicle maneuverability. Typically there are many problems in the structure＇,the new development here is a new product structure of the automotive power steering pump.
