摘 要:以水煮的方式提取艾蒿色素,并用该提取液对柞丝织物进行染色,通过正交实验和单因素实验确定了艾蒿色素提取及染色的最佳工艺条件。艾蒿色素提取:90℃,水煮60 min,艾蒿与水质量之比为1∶20;直接染色工艺:90℃,50 min,pH 7;FeSO4后媒处理工艺:60℃,40 min,浴比1∶30,媒染剂用量6 g/L,在此条件下,柞丝织物可获得较好的染色效果。Mugwort was extracted with water cooking, and silk fabric were dyed with the extracts. The optimal conditions for mugwort extraction and dyeing were obtained by orthogonality test and single-factor test. The extraction was done by boiling at 90℃ for 60 rain, and liquor ratio 1:20. Direct dyeing was performed at 90℃ for 50 rain at pH 7. Post-mordant method was carried out at 60℃ for 40 rain with FeSO4 6 gJL and liquor ratio 1:30. Better dyeing results of silk fabric were obtained under these conditions.
