摘 要:利用红外光谱技术分析不同上蔟环境营茧的蚕茧,通过对蚕茧蛋白酰胺I带和酰胺Ⅱ带进行曲线拟合,分离出重叠的子峰。以β折叠构象子峰峰面积与无规卷曲子峰峰面积的比值N的大小来衡量蚕茧解舒率的优劣,N值越大解舒率越低。结果为高温潮湿上蔟环境蚕茧的β折叠构象含量最高N=0.773,通风上蔟环境蚕茧的β折叠构象含量次之N=0.580,正常上蔟环境蚕茧的β折叠构象含量最低N=0.489,因此通风和正常上蔟环境蚕茧的解舒率较高。Different silk cocoons that spun in moist, ventilated and controllable surroundings were analyzed by FT-IR. Through curve fitting, the unidentified component peaks of the Amide Ⅰ and Ⅱ bands were isolated in the spectra. The ratio N of square β-sheet peak to square unorder peak in the spectra was used to measure reelability percentage of cocoons. The results showed that the content of β-sheet conformation in 3 kinds of cocoons was distinguishing: the moist was the highest(N = 0.773),the ventilated took second place (N= 0.580), and the controllable was the minimum (N = 0.489). Therefore, the reelability percentage of the cocoon spun in the moist surrounding was lower than that of the cocoons spun respectively in the controllable and ventilated circumstances.
