劳动密集型行业出口竞争力研究——基于行业实际汇率视角

摘　　要：利用2004～2007年的月度数据,首先算出劳动密集型行业实际汇率指数,然后实证检验影响该行业出口竞争力的核心因素。实际有效汇率升值,该行业实际汇率却全部贬值,行业实际汇率比实际有效汇率更能反映该行业稳步上升的出口竞争力。在此期间,劳动密集型行业出口竞争力的提升不是以牺牲利润率为代价获得的,行业实际汇率贬值对出口竞争力的提高起了重要作用,生产率的促进作用相对较小。Utilizing the monthly data from 2004 to 2007, the paper builds China＇s real exchange rate index of labor -intensive industries, and analyzes the relationship between real exchange rate and international competitiveness. It finds that while the real effective exchange rate appreciates, all the labor-intensive industries＇ real exchange rates depreciate during the period. Namely, the industry＇s real exchange rates can better reflect its international compet itiveness than the real effective exchange index.
