摘　　要：当前面对新形势、新阶段、新特征,要进一步解放思想,正确把握和处理当前发展中诸如好与快、舍与取、前人与后人、探索与稳定、国内与国外的"五个关系",切实推进中国特色社会主义事业全面进步和发展。Under new situation, new stage and new feature at present, socialist cause with Chinese characteristics will be completely promoted by further emancipating mind and correctly controlling and handling the ＇ five relations＇ be- tween good quality and high speed, renunciation and preservation, predecessors and posterity, exploration and stability and domestic one and foreign one.
