摘　　要：解放思想的核心是变革思维方式,实质是实现思想观念的创新,目标是推动实践决策的优化。解放思想是宁夏跨越式发展的重要动因。Mind emancipation turns out to be an important factor for Ningxia＇ s leapfrog development, taking innovation of thinking mode as core, the realization of ideological innovation as essence and the promotion of decision optimization as goal.
