小儿肾病综合征心钠素变化的临床意义

摘　　要：目的：本文探讨小儿肾病综合征（NS）患儿病程中心钠素（ANF）的变化．方法：对30例NS患儿中西医治疗前后，采用心钠素放射免疫分析（ANFRIA）药盒进行了血浆ANF测定．结果：表明NS治疗前血浆ANF含量较健康对照组为高（P＜0．001）；治疗后临床缓解期，其含量恢复到正常水平．结论：提示对小儿NS测定ANF在疗效评估，病情进展及预后判断均有一定价值．To explore the change of plastic ANd in children with NS during the treatment. Methods:The level of plasmic ANF of 30 cases was determined by radioinmunoassary kits before and after T. C. M & W. M therapy. Results:lt manifests that the level of plastic ANF in Patents with NS is significantly higher than control group (P＜0. 001 ). In the clinical remission phase after treatment,the level restored to normal range. Conclusions: The detection of ANF in NS was helpful to evaluate the curative effeCt,the judgement of disease,the progress and prediction of prognosis.
