摘  要:目的:考察羟乙基改性纤维素可溶性纱布的止血效果及安全性。方法:利用小鼠剪尾和兔肝、脾创面止血法,观察其对动物创面的止血效果,通过对凝血时间的影响、对皮肤的刺激和急性毒性试验等考察其安全性。结果:羟乙基改性纤维素可溶性止血纱布能明显缩短创面出血时间,无急性毒性、过敏性和刺激性,对动物凝血时间无显著影响,植入后吸收良好。结论:羟乙基改性纤维素可溶性止血纱布是安全、良好的外科止血材料。Objective:To evaluate hemostatie effects and safety of the soluble styptic gauze made by hydroxyethyl cellulose. Methods:The hemostatic effects of hydroxyethyl soluble styptic gauze on animal wounds was observed and evaluated by cutting off mouse tail experiment and liver and spleen wound surface bleeding time, respectively. The safety of this material was investigated through its effects on blood coagulation time, its stimulation to skin and acute toxicity test. Results:The gauze could shorten wound bleeding time obviously and its influences to blood coagulation time, stimulation and hypersensitiveness to skin and acute toxicity to animals were not found in this study. Conclusion : The soluble styptic gauze made by hydroxyethyl cellulose is a safe and effective surgery styptic material.
