摘　　要：民国肇造,"组党热潮"兴起。著名记者黄远生,依托新闻媒体,批判党同伐异,倡导两党政治,其政党观既颇为系统,又不失深刻,是民初社会众多政党言论中很具特色且重要的一种,值得认真整理与探究。On the founding of People＇s Republic, there was a vogue of political organization. Huang Yuansheng, a famous journalist,criticized the factionalism via the media and advocated a two- party system in China＇s politics, which is systematic as well as profound. Huang＇s idea on party politics is unique and of significance in the society at the beginning of People＇s Republic,thus his idea on political party is something worthy of research.
