海岛棉零式果枝品种间杂交纤维品质性状的遗传分析

摘  要:[目的]研究海岛棉主要品质性状的遗传规律。[方法]根据加-显遗传模型,分析海岛棉11个杂交亲本及其部分F1的纤维长度、整齐率、马克隆值、强度、伸长率、反射率和纤维黄度的资料,估算各项遗传方差分量、参试亲本的加性效应值以及一些组合的显性效应值。[结果]结果表明,纤维长度、整齐率、马克隆值、强度和反射率受显性与加性遗传效应共同控制,纤维黄度受加性效应影响较大,纤维伸长率不存在遗传主效应,但是各个品质性状的遗传效应值估计值较小。狭义遗传率较大的品质性状为纤维长度、马克隆值和强度。主要品质性状同时表现加性效应较好的亲本为A7、A8和A10。[结论]该研究为提高海岛棉的品质育种提供理论参考。[Objective] The purpose was to study the genetic law of main quality traits of island cotton.[Method]Seven fiber quality traits of 11 parents and their partial F1 crosses of island cotton for one year were analyzed according to A-D model,and different variance compositions and so on were estimated.[Result]The results indicated that five fiber traits were mainly controlled by additive-dominant effect,fiber color degree was impacted by additive effect,fiber elongation ration had no genetic main effect,but the estimating values were smaller for several fiber traits.The narrow sense heritability was higher for fiber length,micrenaire value and strength.The parents which had better synthetic additive effect were A7、A8 and A10.[Conclusion]This study will provide theoretical references for quality breeding of island cotton.
