摘 要:[目的]分析测定六茜素的药效学及急性毒性。[方法]利用药敏试验、体内抑菌试验测定六茜素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等6种细菌的药效学,灌胃法测定六茜素对动物模型的急性毒性。[结果]六茜素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等6种细菌均具有良好的抑菌效果,其抑菌效果优于青霉素、庆大霉素;六茜素对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌感染的动物模型的治疗效果显著,治疗率均为100%,且优于环丙沙星对绿脓杆菌动物感染模型的疗效;六茜素对小白鼠的最小致死(MLD)剂量为400 mg/kg,半数致死(LD50)剂量为513.25 mg/kg。[结论]分析测定了六茜素的药效学和急性毒性,为进一步临床应用六茜素治疗动物疾病奠定基础。[Objective] The research aimed to analyze and determine the pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of pyroline.[Method] The pharmacodynamics of pyroline on six species of bacteria such as E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus were determined by drug sensitivity test and in vivo bacteriostatic test.The acute toxicity of pyroline on the animal model was determined by intragastric administration method.[Result] Pyroline had good bacteriostasis effects on six species of bacteria such as E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus and its bacteriostatic effect was better than penicillinum and gentamicin.Pyroline had a significant therapeutic effect on the animal model infected by E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.All its therapeutic rate was all 100%,being better than the therapeutic effect of ciprofloxacin on the animal models infected by P.aeruginosa.The minimal lethal dose(MLD) and median lethal dose(LD50) of pyroline on mice were 400 and 513.25 mg/kg respectively.[Conclusion] The pharmacodynamics and acute toxicity of pyroline were analyzed and determined,which laid the foundation for the further clinical application of pyroline in the treatment of animal diseases.
