摘  要:[目的]了解荆州市蔬菜污染土源性线虫情况,提高广大市民饮食卫生意识。[方法]取样品菜每份约500 g,通过反复清洗、沉淀、离心法后,采用饱和硝酸钠漂浮法检查每份样本受土源性线虫污染情况。[结果]在受检的19种蔬菜(230份)样品中,有19种(93份)查出有线虫虫卵或幼虫,检出率为40.61%,其中香菜、大葱、小葱、蒜等土源性线虫检出率较高,黄瓜、大白菜、泡菜检出率较低。普通菜市场、自选超市和绿色无公害蔬菜的线虫检出率分别为40.43%、31.82%和33.33%。[结论]荆州市蔬菜中香菜、大葱、小葱、蒜、韭菜的线虫感染率较高,在食用时应仔细清洗,炒熟,炒透。[Objective] The aim was to understand the condition of polluted soil-transmitted nematodes carried by vegetables in Jingzhou City in order to increase the diet healthy consciousness of the vast citizens.[Method] The vegetables were taken about 500 g per sample and after the vegetables were cleaned repeatedly, deposited and centrifuged,the conditions of per sample polluted by soil-transmitted nematodes were detected by the saturated sodium sulfate flotation method.[Result] Among the 19 kinds of the 230 detected vegetable samples,there were 93 samples with nematode eggs or larva and the detection rate was 40.61%.Among them,the detection rate of the soil-transmitted nematodes from some vegetables such as Coriandrum sativum,Allium fistulosum,Allium ascalonicum and Allium sativum were higher,and that from Cucumis sativus,Chinese cabbages and pickle soil were lower.The detection rate of the nematodes of the vegetables from the common vegetable market,optional supermarket and the green non-pollution vegetable were 40.43%,31.82% and 33.33%,resp.[Conclusion] The infection rate of nematodes from the vegetables of C.sativum,A.fistulosum,A.ascalonicum,A.sativum and Chinese chive in Jingzhou City were higher,so these vegetables which were fed should be cleaned and fully cooked.
