摘　　要：建立分析大宗农产品供应链约束条件的事件序列图模型,以小麦供应链为案例进行模型应用和分析,通过测定这条供应链上的速度、成本、资源利用率等性能指标,挖掘出影响供应链整体绩效发展的约束条件,分析影响农产品供应链集成化的障碍。The event sequence diagram model for analyzing the constraint conditions of the supply chain of bulk agricultural products was set up.With wheat supply chain as a case,the model was applied and analyzed.Through determining the performance indices such as the speed,cost and resource utilization ratio of this supply chain,the constraint conditions that affected the whole performance development of the supply chain were excavated.The obstacles that affected the supply chain integration of agricultural products were analyzed.
