摘　　要：根据《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划的建议》,以"生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"20字方针为基础,制定出一套适合于湖北省新农村建设的评价指标体系,用以帮助决策者客观认识湖北省新农村建设现状,指导新农村建设全过程,评估新农村建设的进展情况。According to Proposals on the 11th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,based on the policies of the development of production,the life ample,local custom civilization,clean and tidy village,management democracy,a set of assessment index system for the new countryside construction in Hubei Province was established so as to help decision makers understand the new countryside construction actuality of rural areas in Hubei Province objectively,guide the whole process of new countryside construction and evaluate the progress situation of new countryside construction.
