摘 要:目的建立平行钢丝拉索疲劳寿命的理论分析模型,为平行钢丝拉索的设计及疲劳评定提供理论依据.方法考虑平行钢丝拉索的特点,根据单根钢丝疲劳寿命的概率分布及线性累积损伤理论,采用Monte Carlo方法进行模拟.结果拉索疲劳寿命由其中一小部分疲劳寿命较短的钢丝控制,拉索的疲劳寿命远远小于钢丝的疲劳寿命,以10%的断丝率作为拉索寿命的终止比较合理,此时能够保证结构具有一定的安全裕度,同时拉索得到充分利用.结论为保证拉索具有良好的疲劳性能,除了要求拉索内钢丝具有长的疲劳寿命外,还必须严格控制钢丝疲劳寿命的变异性,初始应力幅相同的条件下,增加拉索内钢丝数不影响拉索的疲劳寿命,但会降低拉索疲劳寿命的变异性.In order to provide the theoretical basis for design and safety assessment of parallel wire cable fatigue properties, the fatigue life model of parallel wire cable is established. Based on the characteristics of parallel wire cable, the Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed to simulate cable fatigue life, with the consideration of the probability distribution of single wire and cumulative damage theory. The results show that the cable fatigue life is controlled by a small fraction of the cable wires with the shortest fatigue lives and cable fatigue life is significantly lower than mean life of wire. It is reasonable to define 10% broken wires as the termination of cable fatigue life, taking the economy and safety of cable into consideration. To obtain the good fatigue properties of cable, the wires in cable must have long fatigue life and low variability. The variability of cable fatigue life decreases as the number of wires increases and the mean cable life is insensitive to the number of wires in cable.
