摘 要:目的分析蜂窝式压弯构件弯矩作用平面内稳定承载力特征,验证已有设计方案.方法设计制作了4根不同长度的蜂窝构件,对试件进行弯矩作用平面内偏心矩为50 mm的轴向集中力加载,得出试验数据.结果试验过程和试验结果达到预期效果,试验数据和理论数据比较吻合.扩张比为1.5的蜂窝式压弯构件较原实腹式压弯构件极限承载力有大幅度的提高.由边缘屈服准则导出的格构式压弯构件平面内稳定计算公式,同样适合蜂窝式压弯构件弯矩作用平面内稳定计算,且结果偏于安全.结论蜂窝压弯构件随着长度的增加,正应变分布逐渐均匀,整体工作性能趋于良好,因此,蜂窝构件更适合于大跨度荷载小的结构体系.In this paper we analyze the characteristics of the castellated beam-columns" stability bearing capacity in plane and verify the existent design plan. After making four castellated structures in different length, we collect the experimental data by applying concentrated loads with 50mm offsetting from the axis, in the applied moment plane. The procedure as well as the outcome of the experiment achieves the desired results. The experimental data and theoretical data are matched. The ultimate bearing capacities of castellated beam-columns which expansion ratio are expanded to 1.5 are greatly enhanced. The in-plane stability formula of the lattice beam-columns derived from the edge yield criteria also applies to the castellated beam-columns, and the results are conservative. With the increase of the length of the castellated beam-columns, the normal strains are uniform and the workability is better as well. As a result, castellated beam-columns are more suitable for long span constructions with light loads.
