摘 要:介绍了一种基于USB技术的温度采集系统的设计方案及实现方法,该系统综合运用了USB技术、单片机技术以及数据采集技术,整个设计由温度采集模块、数据传输模块、PC机应用程序3部分组成。阐述了系统硬件设计中温度采集模块和数据传输模块的组成结构及硬件的实现方法;对系统软件设计中的设计思想及编程方法进行了详细分析,并给出了USB固件编程和驱动程序的开发工具及流程。该系统实现了通过USB总线对温度采集设备的数据采集与控制。实验表明该系统具有高速、实时、性价比高等特点。This paper introduces the design and implementation of the temperature data collection system based on the universal serial bus (USB) technology, the system is developed on the basis of the integrated use of USB interface technology, the single-chip microcomputer technology as well as the data collection technology. The design of temperature data collection system is made up of three parts:temperature data collection module, data transfer module and PC application program, which describes the configuration of temperature data collection module and data transfer module as well as the hardware implementation in the study. It analyzes the design theory and programming method of the USB communication software in detail during software design and provides development tool and implementation flow of USB firmware and driver program. The system implements data collection and control for temperature collection equipment through USB bus. The experiment shows that the system has the advantages of high speed, real-time, high cost-performance.
