低浓度水玻璃溶液热空气提浓工艺的影响因素研究

摘  要:采用热空气提浓工艺对低浓度水玻璃溶液进行浓缩,研究喷嘴高度、热风炉温度及加料量对浓缩效率的影响。结果表明:处理后的水玻璃溶液浓度可达到中国石油兰州石化公司催化剂厂NaY分子筛生产中溶液的回用要求;在喷嘴高度1.0m,热风炉温度550~600℃,加料量0.4m^2/h的适宜工艺条件下,可将低浓度水玻璃溶液中水玻璃质量浓度由31.4-186.0g/L提高到162.0~240.0g/L。The delute water glass solution was concentrated by hot air concentration process, and the effects of nozzle height, hot - air - oven temperature and feeding level on the concentrating, efficiency were investigated. The results showed that the con- centration of treated water glass solution could meet the reuse need of NaY zeolite production in Catalyst Factory of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. Under the appropriate condition of nozzle heigh 1.0 m, hot- air - oven temperature 550-600℃,and feed- ing level 0.4 m^3/h, the concentration of delute water glass solution could be raised from 31.4-186.0 g/ L to 162.0-240.0 g/L.
