IL-6与心肌酶水平在小儿支气管肺炎中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及心肌酶的水平与小儿肺炎的关系。方法采用放射免疫法对60例支气管肺炎患儿(分为轻型及重型)进行了IL-6水平检测,采用日本产olympusAU640全自动生化分析仪检测心肌酶,并与30例正常健康儿作比较。结果小儿重型肺炎、轻型肺炎血清IL-6水平与对照组血清IL-6水平相比差异均明显(P<0.01),小儿重型肺炎、轻型肺炎血清心肌酶水平与对照组血清心肌酶水平相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论IL-6、心肌酶参与了小儿肺炎的发病,检测支气管肺炎患儿血清IL-6和心肌酶的水平变化对诊断治疗和预后均有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the association of serum Interleukin -6 （IL -6 ） and cardiac enzyme levels in children with bronehopneumonia. Methods Serum IL-6 （with the radiolmmunity method） and serum cardiac enzyme （with the olympus AU640） contents were measured in 60 children with bronehopneumonia （ mild and severe） as well as in 30 controls. Results Serum levels of IL- 6 were significantly higher （P 〈 0. 01 ） in the children with severe bronehopneumonia and mild bronehopneumonia than those in the con- trols, and serum levels of cardiac enzyme were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ） in the children with severe bronehopneumonia and mild bronehopneumonia than those in the controls. Conclusion IL-6 and cardiac enzyme may play a role in children with bronehopneumonia, determination of serum IL-6 and cardiac enzyme levels of changes might be of importance as prognostic values in children with bronchopneumonia.
