摘  要:介绍了无轴承电机工作原理,以附加二极悬浮力绕组的四极无轴承电机为研究对象,建立适用于圆柱型和凸极型转子的无轴承电机的通用电感矩阵模型,进而推导出径向悬浮力通用数学模型.基于该数学模型,以无轴承同步磁阻电机和无轴承永磁同步电机为例,得出径向悬浮力公式和径向悬浮力计算值,并分别与用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算的径向悬浮力数值进行对比.模型计算结果与ANSYS分析结果基本吻合,该径向悬浮力数学模型的正确性得到验证.The working principle of bearingless motors was introduced. The general expressions of the inductances were established for bearingless motors with the column rotor or the gibbose-pole rotor. The mathematic model of radial suspension forces was deduced for the bearingless motors with conventional 4- pole stator windings and additional 2-pole suspension force windings. Based on the radial suspension force mathematic model, taking a bearingless synchronous reluctance motor and a bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor for examples, corresponding suspension force formula was deduced. The calculated results for the suspension force agree with the results calculated with finite element method (FEM) software.
