摘　　要：企业医院改制已进行了十几年,记述了在国有企业分离办社会职能的大环境中,企业医院经历过的艰辛与困惑,介绍了企业医院改制过程中的发展历程。指出了企业医院改制过程中取得的成绩与经验以及存在的问题。Enterprise hospital property system reform has been for more than 10 years. Under the environments of separating social function from state owned enterprise, enterprise hospital has experienced many difficulties and issues. The history of enterprise hospital property system reform was introduced, experiences, achievements and issues were analyzed.
