摘 要:临床科室绩效评估模型的建立有助于医院管理者正确了解医院各科室的工作状况,有助于更好地利用医疗卫生资源及调动员工的积极性,提高科学管理的能力。本文运用问卷调查法确定绩效评估指标;对比排序法确定指标权重;综合指数法建立了临床科室绩效评估模型,并根据模型对临床科室绩效提出了初步的改进策略。Clinical department performance evaluation model could help hospital manager get true information of clinical department correctly. It could also benefit for health resources utilization and promoting staff incentive to improve hospital management. Performance index were chosen by questionnaire and index weight were insured by compared sorting methods. Clinical department performance evaluation model was built by comprehensive index. Based on the model, suggestions on improving clinical department performance were presented.
