区域医疗信息整合平台建设和应用

摘　　要：上海市长宁区在区层面建立了"卫生数据中心-医疗信息管理与交互平台",对区域16家医疗卫生机构42家社区卫生服务站点联网,实现了区域医疗机构诊疗和健康档案信息交互共享,实时反映当前区域医疗机构的门、急诊及住院病人信息。在医生工作站可以按需调阅区域医疗机构病人就诊信息和健康档案信息。实现对区域居民健康档案建设情况统计与分析。实现对区域医疗机构财务监管等各种功能。从一定程度上加强了医院管理、提升了医疗质量和效率,促进了医疗费用的降低。The sanitary bureau of Changing, district of Shanghai City, had established hospital internal information system, clinic information system and resident health document among whole district. Based on that, start to build platform of sanitary data center and medical information management and exchange system, then linked 16 medical units and 42 community health service station among the district together through network and implemented the medical data and resident health document to be accessible among the districts and reflects the real time status of the medical units clinic, emergency and in-patient dept. Doctors can easily access on their work station the medical records and residence health documents so implementation of statistical function and analyzing the information of health documents on the residents in the region. As a result, it enhanced the hospital management, increased the medical efficiency and service quality, facilitates the decrease of medical fee.
