摘　　要：目的:对医院HIS数据统计集成建立支持信息服务系统,获取门诊医生工作站数据,并通过其在线分析处理的OLAP功能,应用于门诊管理。方法:通过ODS统计资源库的OLAP功能,将2007年全年门诊医生工作站诊断填写信息从原始数据中转化出来,并对数据进行分析。结果:分析结果显示门急诊医生工作站诊断信息存在填写不全或空白,有意义诊断比例较低。结论:提高门诊信息化是保持医院可持续发展的关键步骤,ODS资源库使大量的在线资源成为易得的数据,OLAP在线分析处理功能能够实现管理者对数据的实时监测和分析。To obtain OPD workstation data via HIS Statistical Integration and Decision-making Management Support System （HSIDMSS） and apply its online analysis to the management of outpatient. Method： All of the original data of diagnosis information in OPD Workstation in 2007 were transformed and analyzed via OLAP function of ODS Statistical databank. Results ： The analysis results showed that the diagnosis information in OPD Workstation was partially recorded or left blank and that the percentage of significant diagnosis was comparatively low. Conclusions： To improve the digital OPD diagnosis is essential for sustainable development of hospital. ODS databank makes it available of a large quantity of online information and OLAP online analysis can realize the real time supervision and analysis of data for managers.
