摘　　要：英联募资29亿美元 12月1日，英联新兴市场三期基金（Actis Emerging Markets 3，AEM3）募集完毕，规模达29亿美元，高于25亿美元的预定目标。AEM3主要进行并购交易及成长期投资，每笔最低投资额为5000万美元，将投向非洲、中国、印度、拉丁美洲及东南亚等地区30—40家公司，为英联首支全球基金。Actis Raises $2.9B On 1st Dec., Actis Emerging Markets 3 （AEM3） has closed at $2.9 billion. The fund will be used to build a diversified portfolio of between 30 and 40 investments across Africa, China, India, Latin America and South East Asia, typically investing a minimum of $50 million of equity capital in buyout and growth transactions. The fund has already made commitments to eight investments, including three previously announced deals in China, $50 million for a majority stake in hotpot chain Xiabu Xiabu;
