三藤通痹丸治疗类风湿性关节炎53例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察三藤通痹丸治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效,评价其用药安全性并探讨其作用机理。方法将符合入选标准的107例RA患者,采用双盲双模拟研究方法,随机分为三藤通痹丸组(治疗组)53例和正清风痛宁组(对照组)54例。从Ritchie指数、功能的评价(HAQ)、关节炎影响指数(AIMS)、患者对疼痛的评价(VAS表法)、急性时相反应物、中医证候积分、血液流变学状态等方面展开前瞻性对比治疗研究。结果RA患者血液流变学异常,与健康人群比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的总有效率分别为88.68%、68.52%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。经2个疗程治疗后,2组患者在Ritchie指数、HAQ、AIMS、患者对疼痛的评价、急性时相反应物、中医证候积分、血液流变学状态等方面有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组在上述指标改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论RA患者存在血液浓、粘、聚状态,三藤通痹丸能有效改善RA患者血液流变状态,缓解或改善关节疼痛及活动度,提高RA患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Santeng Tongbi pills on rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, evaluate the safety and explore its mechanism. Methods Double-blind and double dummy design method was used. 107 cases of RA were randomly divided into Santeng Tongbi pills group （the treatment group, 53 cases） and Zhengqing Fengtongning group （the control group, 54 cases）. The Ritchie index, health assessment questionnaire （HAQ）, arthrtis influenced index （AIMS）, patinents＇ assessment to pain （VAS form）, acute phase reactant, Chinese medical pattern grade, the hemorheology state and so on were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was significantly difference between RA patients and healthy people on the hemorheology state （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the two groups were 88.68% and 68.52% respectively, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. After two courses of treatment, the two groups were developed obviously on Ritchit index, HAQ, AIMS, patinents＇ assessment to pain, acute phase reactant, Chinese medical pattern grade, the hemorheology state etc （P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）. The treatment group was better than the control group after the treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion It was thick, sticky, compact state in blood of RA patients. Santeng Tongbi pills can develop the hemorheology state and improve the joint movement and the quality of life of RA patients.
