摘  要:目的观察乌腺金丝桃提取物对小鼠缺血心肌的保护作用。方法采用异丙肾上腺素制备小鼠心肌缺血模型,检测乌腺金丝桃提取物对小鼠缺血损伤后耐缺氧存活时间、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)水平及心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果与模型组相比,乌腺金丝桃提取物能够延长小鼠缺血损伤后耐缺氧存活时间,降低血清中LDH、CK水平,增加心肌组织SOD活性,减少MDA含量。结论乌腺金丝桃提取物对异丙肾上腺素所致小鼠心肌缺血具有抵抗作用。Objective To investigate the protective effects of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy. extract on experimental myocardial ischemia injury in mice. Methods The myocardial ischemia injury model was induced by isoproterenol in mice. The survival time of mice, the activities of LDH and CK in serum, the activity of SOD and level of MDA in myocardium were all measured. Results Compared with model group, Hypericum attertuatum Choisy. extract can prolong the survival time of mice after injured by isoproterenol in the close norrnobaric hypoxia, and decrease the activities of LDH and CK in serum. It can also increase the activity of SOD and decrease the level of MDA in myocardium. Conclusion Hypericurn attenuatum Choisy. extract has protective effects on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol in mice.
