摘  要:以一品红‘千禧’品种为试材,对其喷施不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)溶液,研究水分胁迫下叶绿素荧光参数的变化。结果表明,低浓度的NAA溶液可缓解水分胁迫对叶绿素荧光参数的影响,高浓度的NAA溶液则会加剧叶绿素荧光参数的变化,各处理中以0.5 mg/L的NAA效果最优。‘Millenium' , one of the Euphorbia pulcherrirna varieties, was used to study the variation of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of its seedling leaves under water stress at four levels of naphthalene acetic aicd (NAA) application in this paper. The results indicated that the lower concentration of NAA could alleviate effects of water stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in Euphorbia pulcherrima seedlings, while the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were aggravated under water stress at the higher NAA concentrations. It was also found that the optimal treatment concentration of NAA was 0.5 mg/ L for alleviating the effects of water stress on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in Euphorbia pulcherrirna seedlings.
