摘　　要：介绍了杨木挤压法漂白化机浆(BECMP)生产线的生产工艺以及调试、运行中遇到的问题和解决措施。实践表明,该制浆方法磨浆比能耗低(≤800kWh/t)、制浆水耗低(≤10m3/t),浆产品质量指标可满足中高档文化用纸配抄要求。In this paper, the process of aspen bleached extruder chemi-mechanical pulping （BECMP） production line was introduced. The problems and measures appeared in debugging and operation were pointed out. The operating practice showed that this pulping method had low consumption of energy （≤800kWh/t） and process water （≤10m^3/t）, and the final quality of the pulp could meet the requirement of high-grade fine paper.
