摘 要:对双端端面抽运的Nd:YV_4Z型折叠腔主振荡器的设计进行了模拟,采用ABCD传输矩阵理论详细分析了各腔参量对谐振腔稳定性的影响。由模拟结果推断,稳区的范围可通过谐振腔各分臂臂长的和来调节,而且应在臂长允许的范围内尽量选择小角度。利用相同的光学元件设计了两种腔长的热稳定腔,比较了长短腔型各自的利弊。The design of a dual-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 Z-folded-resonator master oscillator is simulated and the effect of each cavity parameter on the stability of the resonator is analyzed in detail according to the ABCD transfer matrix theory. It is deduced from the simulation result that the range of the stable regions can be adjusted by changing the length of each arm of the cavity and the small folded-angle should be chosen to the utmost in the allowed arm length range. Two kinds of thermal stable cavities are designed by using the same optical components and their features are compared with each other.
