摘  要:磁性液体材料是一种特殊的新型材料,是由磁性纳米微粒(一般要求小于10nm)均匀弥散于某种液体基液中所构成的稳定体系。磁性液体光整加工是利用磁性液体的流动性和磁性来保持磨料与工件之间产生相对运动,从而达到光整工件的精加工方法。根据磁性液体的典型特性,研究了用于磁性液体光整加工的磨削机理,阐述了磁性液体光整加工特点,介绍了实现磁性液体光整加工的方法。Magnetic liquid material is a special kind of nano - structure magnetic material, which consists of colloidal suspension of tiny ( in general less than 10 nm) magnetic particles suspended in a carrier liquid. Magnetic liquid polishing is a kind of finishing method, in which the relative movement produced between the abrasive material and the workpiece will be kept by utilizing the fluidity and magnetism of the magnetic liquid, then the finish of the workpiece will be achieved. According to the typical characteristics of the magnetic fluids, the grinding mechanism which was developed to realize the magnetic finishing is researched, the processing features of the magnetic liquid polishing is expounded, the method which was developed to realize the magnetic polishing is introduced in this paper.
