摘　　要：通过对失效模具检验数据和试验结果的系统分析,探讨了Cr12MoV钢滚丝模发生早期失效的原因,并提出了改进的工艺措施。生产应用结果表明,新工艺能明显提高模具的使用寿命。With comprehensively analyzing the examine data and experimental results of the failure die, mainly discussed the reasons of early failure of steel Cr12MoV thread rolling die in this paper, and some suggested techniques countermeasures have been put forward. The production using results show that the service life of the dies are increased obviously by using the new process.
