摘  要:为改善砀山酥梨果实外观,提高果实品质,以不同授粉品种和授粉量给砀山酥梨授粉,授粉后立即套袋,10 d后去袋,于生理落果结束后,调查果实萼片脱落情况。结果表明,有73.0%的处理3序位果实脱萼率显著高于4、5序位的脱萼率或没有显著差异。其中,早美酥的全部处理、其他供试品种的1∶2和1∶4混合花粉的全部处理3序位的果实脱萼率都显著高于4、5序的脱萼率。以黄宝石或早美酥的1∶4混合花粉点授3、4、5序位花朵,可以分别获得73.2%、65.8%的果实脱萼率。若以50%为坐果率要求,用早美酥1∶6混合花粉点授花序中3、4、5序位花朵,可以获得80.1%的果实脱萼率。In order to improve fruit appearance quality, the castrated flowers of Dangshan Suli pear were pollinated with various pollination varieties and pollen amount. The pollinated floral buds were covered with paper bags, and removed bags 10 days later. The calyx abscission fruits were investigated after physiological fruit drop. The results showed that there were 73.0% of treatments which calyx abscission fruits percentage at the 3rd order location of flower head was significant high or not different compared with that at the 4th,5th order locations, including all of Zaomeisu pear treatments and 1:2 and 1:4 pollen mixture treatment. It has got 73.2% ,65.8% of the calyx abscission percentage by pollinating flowers of 3rd, 4th ,5th order with 1 : 4 pollen mixture of Huangbaoshi or Zaomeisu pear, and 80. 1% with 1:6 pollen mixture of Zaomeisu pear under the 50% of setting fruit percentage.
