摘  要:小麦收获前穗发芽是一个世界性的问题,严重影响小麦的产量和后期加工品质。一个简单可靠的穗发芽抗性鉴定方法对于小麦抗穗发芽育种工作有着重要的意义。本试验利用万县白麦子/京411重组自交系群体(R IL)202份家系为试材,检测其F2-6,F2-7两年的发芽率和发芽指数,分析发芽率和发芽指数在年份内和年份间的相关系数变化情况,旨在找到一种简单易行的鉴定小麦穗发芽抗性的方法。结果表明,同一年份内,从发芽后第1 d到第7 d,发芽率和发芽指数的相关性均极显著,用发芽后第3 d发芽率或发芽指数来鉴定小麦穗发芽抗性效果较好;不同年份间,从发芽后第2 d到第7 d,发芽率与发芽率的相关性、发芽指数与发芽指数的相关性均极显著,用发芽指数来衡量小麦穗发芽抗性较发芽率更稳定;两年重组自交系群体发芽指数分布频率表明,发芽后第3 d发芽指数正态分布最集中,综合各种参数可得出用小麦发芽后第3 d发芽指数来鉴定小麦抗穗发芽性效果最佳。Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) is a major problem of wheat in various parts of the world. It leads to yield losses and reduction in the quality of kernels, thus limiting their end use. A simple reliable method of identifying wheat pre-harvest sprouting has important significance in wheat breeding for PHS tolerant cultivars. In this study, a set of 202 RIL population derived from a hybrid cross of Wanxianbaimaizi/Jing411 were analyzed. The correlation between germination percentage and germination index in 2006 -2007 and 2007 -2008 were both significant from the 1 st day to 7th day. In addition, correlation of germination percentage and germination index in two years were also significant from the 2nd day to 7th day. Moreover, the distribution parameter of the germination index in Wanxianbairnaizi/Jing411 RIL population indicated that it is more reliable to estimate pre-harvest sprouting resistance using the 3rd GI.
