摘  要:为研究封育对不同退化山地草甸物种多样性的影响,以C.Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、E.Pielou均匀度指数和丰富度指数为指标,对云南省马龙县不同退化程度山地草甸的物种多样性进行了分析。结果表明:封育有效提高了退化山地草甸的物种数和盖度。C.Shannon-Weaver多样性指数、E.Pielou均匀度指数和丰富度指数表现出相同的变化趋势,即随着封育时间的延长而增加,封育3年后各指数与封育初期差异显著。对退化山地草甸采用封育措施,减少了人为干扰,提高了山地草甸的α多样性,有效恢复了草地植被。In order to study the effects of enclosure on species diversity of degraded upland meadow, C. Shannon-Weaver diversity index, E. Pielou evenness index and richness index were used to analyze the species diversity of the different degraded upland meadows in Malong County of Yunnan Province. The results showed that enclosure effectively improved the species number and the cover of the degrad- ed upland meadow. The 3 indexes showed the same change trend and they increased with the time of enclosure increasing. After three years enclosure, there were significant differences of the 3 indexes between before and after enclosure. Enclosure can limit human disturbance and effectively improve α diversity of upland meadow and it is an effective method for recovery of degraded upland meadow.
