摘　　要：在现有TCL销售物流体系基础上,阐述了目前我国家电产品回收体系现状,并分析了家电回收的管理模式;通过对家电回收处理业务流程的分析,构建了逆向物流的系统结构;应用逆向物流技术,以网络运营成本最小为目标,完成了逆向物流系统数学模型的设计和优化。This paper introduced the situation of reverse logistics system and management model of recycling household appliances in china based on the current sales logistics system in TCL company; by the analysis of the work flow of recycling and recovery processing for household appliances, it had constructed the system configuration for reverse logistics, which took use of reverse logistics techniques and aimed at minimizing the cost of the network operation to accomplish the design and the optimization for reverse logistics system mathematical model.
