摘　　要：文章通过对物流金融产生背景、内涵及现状的分析,发现物流产业的繁荣也为金融市场的发展带来了机遇,促进了物流金融的快速发展。分析了物流金融的运营模式,发现了实施物流金融的风险,并提出了物流金融和谐发展的策略。In the analysics of the background, content and current condition of logistics finance. It is discovered that the prosperity of logistics industry has also brought opportunities for the development of logistics market, and that will promote logistics finance develop more rapidly. This paper analyzes the operation model of logistics finance, finds out the adventures of carrying out logistics finance and proposes suggestions of harmonious development of logistics finance.
