摘　　要：本文以开放教育为例,从阐述当前网络招生工作的必要性与迫切性出发,对网络招生宣传的优势与现状,开展的形式与渠道等方面进行了分析,针对网络招生宣传应注意的问题,如何实施有效性监控等问题进行了研究探讨,提出了一些行之有效的方法,并以湖州电大招生网为例就构建与完善招生信息和网上报名平台展开构建与应用分析。Taking the open education as an example, this article analyses the advantages of the network enrollment publicity, actuality, forms of performance and channel. Aiming at the problems arising from publicizing the network enrollment and the problems of carrying out the effective controlling, this article also brings forward some effective methods. Finally it states how to construct and improve the enrollment information and network signing-up platform based on the Huzhou Radio and TV Enrollment Eetwork.
