老年住院患者生存质量的调查与影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年住院患者的生存质量以及影响生存质量的因素。方法采用生存质量调查量表对121名老年住院患者进行调查,与常模的生存质量进行比较。同时分析年龄、性别、在职情况、文化程度、费用支出情况对生存质量的影响。结果老年住院患者的生存质量各维度明显低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄、性别、婚姻状况和费用支出方式对老年住院患者的心理健康影响较大,且年龄、性别、在职情况和文化程度对老年住院患者的生理影响较大。结论老年住院患者作为特殊人群,需要社会投入更多的关注。Objective To investigate the life quality of elderly hospitalized patients and its influential factors. Methods The scale of quality of life was used to suvery 121 elderly hospitalized patients and their quality of life was compared with the norm. The influence of age, gender,occupation,educational background and medical expenses on quality of life was analyzed. Results The life quality of elderly hospitalized patients was significantly lower than that of the norm （ P 〈 0. 01）. Age, gender, marital status and medical expenses greatly influenced the psychological. health of elderly hosptialized patients and age, gender, occupation and educational background greatly influenced their physiological status. Conclusion Elderly hospitalized patients are the special group of people and they need more attention from the society.
