摘　　要：通过对福建省某工业开发区环境风险评价实例的研究,阐述了区域规划环境风险评价的程序和内容,即风险识别、风险影响分析、风险防范措施、应急预案的技术方法和内容。By the research on the practical example of environment risk assessment for a development zone in Fujian Province, this paper expatiates the procedure and content of regional environment risk assessment： risk identification, risk impact analysis, risk precautionary measures, and the technical method and content of emergency plan for the environment risk assessment of planning the industrial development zone.
