摘　　要：阐述了油田作业安全工作中常见的问题,针对这些问题提出了加强井队安全管理的一些对策,以期对油田安全生产提供指导。This paper presents the common problems of safety management for the oilfield downhole operations and, based upon these problems, proposes the corresponding countermeasures for strengthening the safety management with the hope of providing the guidance for the safe production of oilfield.
