摘　　要：目的：研究2型糖尿病患者肾上腺皮质功能与脂联素是否存在相关性。方法：测定65例超重或肥胖的2型糖尿病患者肾上腺皮质功能和脂联素水平并对其进行相关性分析。结果：2型糖尿病患者。肾上腺皮质功能和脂联素水平无显著相关性。结论：2型糖尿病患者肾上腺皮质功能和脂联素水平无显著相关性。Objective ：To investigate the relation between the function of adrenal cortex and serum adiponectin in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods：65 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients whose BMI≥24kg/m^2 were measured the levels of serum adiponectin and the levels of the function of adrenal cortex, at the same time comparing the relation of two factors. Results： It shows that serum adiponectin is no significantly relation to the function of adrenal cortex in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Conclusions ： Serum adiponectin is no significantly relation to the function of adrenal cortex in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
