摘　　要：对已有城市一般建筑物震害类比法进行了改进,基于改进的震害类比法编写一套面向对象的可视化程序,并建立相应的数据库,以期迅速、方便且简单地预测城市一般建筑物的震害。The paper renews the analogy method in the earthquake disaster in the urban general buildings. Based on the renewed analogy method, the paper has a set of the visual program design facing the objects and establishes the relative data base, so as to predict the earthquake disaster of the general urban buildings in a speedy, convenient and simply way.
