摘　　要：目的:观察归肾丸加味治疗运动性月经过少的疗效。方法:治疗组与对照组分别口服中药归肾丸加味与戊酸雌二醇、黄体酮。结果:归肾丸加味治疗运动性月经过少40例,总有效率85.0%。对照组36例,总有效率47.22%,两组总有效率经统计学处理,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:归肾丸加味治疗运动性月经过少的疗效显著优于戊酸雌二醇、黄体酮,具有临床实用价值。Objective： Observing the effect of Guishen pill on motility emmenia less. Method：Treatment group and comparing group were treated with Guishen pill and estradiol valerate, progesterone respectively. Result：40 motility -emmenia -less cases were treated by Guishen pill. The total effective rate was 85%. Comparing group 36 cases, the total effective rate was 47.22%. Thereg significant difference of total effec- tiveness between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Guishen pill was much more effective than Estradiol valerate, Progesterone in treating the motility emmenia less. The Guishen pill has the clinical value.
