八正散加味配合加替沙星治疗尿路感染疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨八正散加味配合加替沙星治疗尿路感染的疗效。方法:选择尿路感染患者40例,其中急性肾盂肾炎22例,慢性肾盂肾炎18例,存在复杂性因素引起24例。分别给予八正散加味配合加替沙星0.2g,每天二次治疗,共14d。结果:总有效率92.5%,其中非复杂性尿路感染100%治愈,复杂性尿路感染83.3%治愈,总治愈率90%,95%的尿菌阴转。结论:本法治疗尿路感染疗效显著,可作为复杂性尿路感染的首选方法。Objective： To discuss the curative effect of remedy urinary tract infection with bazhengsan and gatifloxacin. Method： We can choose 40 sufferers who have the urinary tract infection, and thereinto 22 sufferers are acute pyelonephritis, 18 sufferers are chronic pyelonephritis, and at the same time 24 sufferers are leaded by complexity factor. Administer each other gatifloxicin 0.2g and bazhengsan, twice a day, two weeks. Result： The total effect rate is 95 percent, and non - complexity urinary tract infection can be cure at all ; complexity urinary tract infection can be cure at the percent of 85 ; the total cure rate is 90 percent, and 95 percent of urinebacteria is feminine. Conclusion： The curative effect of this way of remedy urinary tract infection is markedness, and can be taken as the first option to remedy complexity urinary tract infection.
