摘  要:目的:探讨螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、容积重建(VR)在肩胛骨骨折中诊断的价值。方法:回顾性分析28例肩胛骨骨折患者的临床、X线平片、CT影像学资料,其中MPR、VR重建均运用GE Lightspeed 16排螺旋CT机及(AW 4.2)工作站。结果:28例患者中二维MPR发现骨折31处,肩关节脱位5例,其中X线平片漏诊骨折4处、常规CT轴扫漏诊骨折2处、VR重建漏诊骨折4处。MPR、VR重建均能多方位、立体、全面地显示肩胛骨骨折部位和程度。MPR在显示微小骨折方面较好,而VR在显示骨折的位置、形态、范围及移位方面较好。结论:螺旋CT的MPR、VR重建是诊断肩胛骨骨折的重要检查手段,对肩胛骨骨折分类、手术入路方案的制定等有指导价值。Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and volume reconstruction (VR) with spiral CT to diagnose scapular fractures. Method: The imaging findings of 28 patients were retrospectively analyzed, with the diagnosis of scapular fractures by X - ray and CT preoperatively. All eases were examined by spiral CT (GE Lightspeed 16) , then the MPR and VR images were obtained by the workstation ( aw 4.2 ). Result: MPR and VR can display distinctly the location and de- gree of fracture from arbitrary direction. MPR were better than the others modalities in finding the tiny fracture lines of scapular fractures. VR were better in showing the region, range, shift of scapular fractures. Conclusion: It's important to diagnose scapular fractures by MPR and VR with spiral CT and it is helpful to correctly classify the fractures, selection appropriate
